Does your pet need special TLC or a little more attention? We understand that some pets have little things that they love or they are used to and we are fine with that! CONTACT US and we would be happy to talk with you! Our goal is to keep your pets happy & healthy while you are gone.
When a potential new client contacts Happy Pets we will work with you to schedule a meet & greet to make sure we are a good match for you and your pet. Each new client will receive one complimentary meet for us to meet your pets, learn their routines, see where everything is, and make sure we match. This visit will be done by the owner, or our team manager. We will then relay all instructions to the team member who will be doing the visit to include your personalized notes in the client portal. If you would like to meet a new team member and request an additional meet, there will be a service fee to pay the employee for their time. We want you to be comfortable!
